Bridge Builders is seeking a new Executive Director

Are you passionate about equipping church leaders for ministry?  Could you lead a small organisation which trains Christians in handling conflict?  Then this could be the job for you.

This role gives the opportunity to lead an organisation which seeks to deliver excellence in its training and other services. Working with a small staff team mostly based in North London, and a wider group of associate trainers around the country, as an experienced trainer you will want to take Bridge Builders into the next chapter of its development.

Bridge Builders leads the way in equipping those in leadership roles within the Church to better handle the inevitable tensions of church life. Its acclaimed courses raise leaders’ self-awareness, change their attitude to conflict and teach facilitation skills and processes.  It teaches that conflict is not to be avoided but transformed; so it is in the business of transforming the Church.

Being a Jesus Church

STUART & SIAN MURRAY WILLIAMS

authors of multi-voiced church

explore…

being a Jesus CHURCH

What are the essential characteristics of a church that seeks to look like the Jesus it follows?
How can we know if we are part of such a community of Jesus-followers?
Stuart and Sian Murray Williams help us explore these questions and suggest that healthy churches empower all their members to participate actively rather than being passive consumers and that multi-voiced communities are more likely to be effective in mission and in sustaining faith and discipleship.

Come & explore with us at this one day workshop.
